Getting started
Your first weeks of PPC management.
From signed proposal to live campaigns, with a check at every step. No budget is spent until conversion tracking is proven.
- 01 · Week 1
Audit
We open your ad accounts, pull 12 months of data and check that every conversion is recorded once, with the right value. You get a written audit ranking where budget is leaking.
- 02 · Week 1–2
Plan
Channel mix, budget split across networks, offer and creative angles, and a test roadmap for the first month. Nothing moves until you approve it.
- 03 · Week 2–3
Build and verify tracking
Campaigns and landing pages are built inside your accounts. We fire a test conversion for every event and send you the proof before launch.
- 04 · Week 2–3
Launch
Campaigns go live with checks on spend and delivery after two hours and again the next morning, plus a short note on what is running.
- 05 · Ongoing
Test and scale
Weekly tests on creative, audiences and bidding. Winners get budget, losers get cut, and every test is in your monthly written review.

FAQ
PPC management questions.
You do. Every ad account is created or kept in your name and we work in it as a user. If we stop working together, we hand back admin access within ten business days.
No. You pay media spend directly to Google, Meta and the other platforms. Our management fee is separate, invoiced monthly in advance.
Usually in weeks two to three, once the plan is approved and tracking is verified. Launch moves if access or approvals arrive late, because we will not spend budget we cannot measure.
We work best from roughly $3k a month in media spend. Below that, a one-off build-and-hand-over engagement is usually better value than a retainer.
A live dashboard you can open any time, and a monthly written review of what we changed, what it did and what is next, including the tests that lost.
Retainers start with a 90-day term so the testing plan has room to run. After that it is month to month, and either side can end it with 30 days written notice.
