What cookies are
Cookies are small files a site stores on your device. Similar technologies include local storage and tracking pixels. Together they let a site remember your choices and let us measure which pages work.
We group ours into three categories: strictly necessary, analytics, and advertising.
Strictly necessary
These make the site function and cannot be switched off. They do not identify you personally.
Two things fall in this group today. Your cookie choice itself is stored for 12 months, so we do not ask again on every page. And Google reCAPTCHA, which runs on the contact, quote and booking forms, sets cookies and reads device and interaction signals to tell people from bots — without it the forms would be flooded with spam.
reCAPTCHA is provided by Google and its use is covered by Google's own privacy policy and terms, linked beneath each form.
Analytics
None are set at the date above. We do not currently run Google Analytics or any other analytics tool on this site.
If we add one, it will load only after you accept analytics cookies in the banner, never before, and this policy will say so. IP addresses would be truncated and the data would not be used to identify individuals.
Advertising
None are set at the date above. There is no advertising pixel on this site.
If we add one — to measure which campaigns produce enquiries — it will load only after you accept advertising cookies, and this policy will name the platforms involved before it does.
Managing your choices
Use the Cookie settings link in the footer to change categories at any time. Your choice is stored for 12 months, after which we ask again.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break forms and consent memory.

Do Not Track and global privacy control
We honour Global Privacy Control signals where your browser sends them, treating that as a rejection of analytics and advertising cookies.
Cookies in client work
When we build tracking on your own site, the cookies set belong to you and appear in your policy, not ours. We will draft the wording for your legal review on request.
Changes
When we add or remove a vendor, this list changes and the date at the top updates. Material changes reset your consent so you can choose again.
