Performance marketing agency: Marketing that shows its work.
One performance marketing team for PPC across nine ad networks, conversion-first websites and lifecycle email. Built in accounts you own, with every test in the monthly review, including the ones that lost.
- Accounts created in your name
- Losing tests reported, then cut
- Nine ad networks, one team
Broad match test lost money, so its 18% moves to the pricing offer test that won.

The alternatives
What you get instead of a hire or an agency.
Most businesses weigh us against hiring someone in-house or signing with a larger agency. Here is the honest version of that choice.

How we work
Four rules we don’t bend, even when it costs us work.
Accounts you own
Every ad account, ESP and repo is created under your name. Leaving us costs you nothing but notice.
Reporting that admits losses
Tests that failed appear in the monthly review next to the ones that worked. That is how the next month gets better.
Scope we can actually deliver
We cap the number of accounts per strategist. If we cannot take you on well, we say so.
One channel at a time
We would rather fix search before adding four networks. Breadth without depth just spends faster.
Process
Nothing spends until tracking is verified.
- Week 1Week 1
Audit
We open your accounts, pull 12 months of data, and write up where the money is leaking.
- Week 1-2Week 1-2
Plan
Channel mix, budget split, offer and creative angles, tracking gaps to close first.
- Week 2-3Week 2-3
Build & Launch
Campaigns, pages and flows built in accounts you own. Tracking verified before spend.
- OngoingOngoing
Test & Scale
Weekly test cadence on creative, audience and bidding. Winners get budget, losers get cut.
Client work
Four clients. Four different problems.
We publish figures once each client has signed them off. Until then, here is what was wrong and what we did about it.
Dotmirror
PPC ManagementB2B SaaS- The problem
- Search spend was going to broad terms that attracted free-tier signups. No way to tell which keywords produced paying accounts.
- What we did
- Rebuilt the account around intent, imported qualified-trial and paid-conversion events from the CRM, and bid to revenue rather than signups.
Figures reported by the clientGGHost
Website DevelopmentWeb hosting- The problem
- Plan comparison sat four clicks deep and checkout dropped visitors on mobile. Paid traffic arrived and bounced.
- What we did
- Rebuilt the plan and checkout pages around a single decision, moved pricing above the fold, and cut mobile signup to one step with events wired to GA4.
Figures reported by the clientBaby & kids ecommerce brand
Email MarketingBaby & kids ecommerce- The problem
- One welcome email and manual campaign sends. Nothing recovered an abandoned cart, and repeat purchase relied on discount blasts.
- What we did
- Built five lifecycle flows around the nursery-to-toddler buying cycle, segmented by child age and purchase history, and cleaned deliverability before adding volume.
Figures reported by the clientSendcoop
Paid socialEmail delivery SaaS- The problem
- Paid social ran one set of creative at developers and marketers alike, so cost per demo climbed while volume stayed flat.
- What we did
- Split audiences by role, ran a weekly creative test on technical versus outcome-led hooks, and moved budget on marginal return rather than a fixed split.

Questions
Straight answers.
The things people ask before they hand over an ad account. Anything else, ask us directly.
Campaigns go live in weeks two to three, once the plan is approved and conversion tracking is verified. Early signal on CPL and CTR usually appears in the first two weeks after launch; meaningful ROAS shifts take 30-60 days depending on spend and conversion volume.
First 90 days are committed so the testing plan has room to run. After that it is month-to-month with 30 days notice.
You do. Everything is built in accounts you own. If we part ways, nothing needs migrating.
We work best from roughly $3k/month in media spend. Below that, a one-off build-and-hand-over engagement is usually better value.
Mailchimp, Klaviyo and ActiveCampaign are our primary three. We can audit and migrate from most other ESPs.
A live dashboard you can open any time, plus a monthly written review covering what we changed, what it did, and what is next.
Yes. Prices in rupees include 18% GST, and we issue a GST invoice with our GSTIN so registered businesses can claim input tax credit. Clients outside India are billed in their own currency without GST, as an export of services.
In India: UPI or bank transfer (NEFT, RTGS or IMPS). Outside India: international wire transfer (SWIFT), Wise, PayPal or card via Stripe. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance; website projects 50% at kickoff and 50% on delivery.
Yes. We will sign your NDA, or send ours, before you share any account access or business data, including before the free strategy call if you need it.
If you cancel before work begins, we refund what you have paid in full. Once work has started, payments are not refundable. After the first 90 days, retainers end with 30 days written notice.
