What we build
Flows first, campaigns second.
Automations earn while you sleep. We get those right before touching the weekly send calendar.
- 01
Lifecycle flow build
Welcome, cart, browse, post-purchase, win-back. Written, designed and wired with the right triggers and exit conditions.
- 02
List segmentation
Segments based on behaviour and value, not just signup date. Suppression rules that protect your sender reputation.
- 03
Deliverability
Authentication, warm-up, engagement pruning. Getting into the inbox is half the work.
- 04
A/B testing
Subject lines, offers, send timing and flow structure — one variable at a time, logged and reported.
- 05
Campaign calendar
A weekly send plan mapped to your promo and product cycle, drafted a month ahead.
- 06
Revenue attribution
Flow-level and campaign-level revenue reconciled against your store or CRM, monthly.

Getting started
Your first weeks of email marketing.
Automated flows come first because they earn every day without anyone pressing send. The weekly campaign calendar follows once they are right, and every step has a check before the next one starts.
- 01 · Week 1
Audit
List health, deliverability and authentication (SPF, DKIM and DMARC), and the revenue each existing flow brings in.
- 02 · Week 1–2
Plan
Which flows to build or fix first, segments and suppression rules, and a campaign calendar drafted a month ahead, for your approval.
- 03 · Week 2–3
Build flows
Welcome, abandoned cart, browse, post-purchase and win-back flows, written, designed and wired inside your email platform, with a test send for every trigger.
- 04 · Week 2–3
Launch
Flows are switched on and revenue is tracked for each one, so you can see what every automation earns.
- 05 · Ongoing
Test and send
Weekly campaigns, A/B tests on one variable at a time, and a monthly review with revenue reconciled against your store or CRM.
Access
What we need from you.
We work inside the email platform you already own, as a user on your account. Your lists and data never leave it, and nothing is sent to your subscribers until you have approved it.
- A user on Klaviyo, Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign with campaign and flow rights
- Your store or site integration, for example Shopify
- DNS access, or a contact who can add SPF, DKIM and DMARC records
- Brand assets: logo, fonts, colours and product images
- Where your subscribers come from, and their consent records
- One named decision-maker on your side who approves plans, copy and creative
FAQ
Email marketing questions.

Yes. Flows and campaigns are written, designed and set up with the right triggers and exit conditions, then sent to you for approval.
Usually welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase and win-back, because they run on their own every day. The audit decides the order for your list.
Yes. Once the flows are running, we plan a weekly send calendar mapped to your promotions and product cycle, drafted a month ahead so you have time to approve it.
Authentication with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, warming up new sending, and pruning unengaged subscribers so inbox providers keep trusting your domain.
Revenue is tracked per flow and per campaign, then reconciled against your store or CRM every month so the numbers match what you actually banked.
Retainers start with a 90-day term so the testing plan has room to run. After that it is month to month, and either side can end it with 30 days written notice.
