4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your individual service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in your service agreement.

4.2 Refunds

Refund policies vary by service type and are detailed in your specific service agreement. Generally, work already completed is not refundable, but we will work with clients to resolve any service-related concerns.

4.3 Third-Party Costs

You are responsible for all third-party costs associated with your campaigns, including but not limited to advertising spend, software subscriptions, and platform fees.

5. Intellectual Property

We may use proprietary tools and third-party software to deliver our services. You do not acquire any rights to these tools or software through our service relationship.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Termination

8.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, we will complete work already in progress and provide final reports and deliverables. You remain responsible for payment of all services provided up to the termination date.

8.3 Data and Access

Following termination, we will transfer ownership of any accounts or assets created on your behalf, subject to final payment and platform-specific transfer procedures.
